All artworks and other products displayed for purchase on this website and all site content, including images, text, design, graphics, logos, and other material is the property of Tomato Sandwich Arts&Media and its owner Lindsay Neil Marshall. Purchased artworks are protected by Australian and international copyright laws and are not to be reproduced, duplicated, or copied in any form.
All prices are expressed first in Australian dollars (including GST) and are subject to change without notification. Prices for orders originating outside Australia are as detailed for each artwork. We accept payment via this site using PayPal or by cheque or money order sent to our postal address. Full payment is required before your order is processed and dispatched.
Our products are usually sent via Australia Post. While every effort will be made to fulfil orders as soon as possible, please allow 12 working days delivery time within Australia. Delivery of orders outside Australia is dependent on overseas postal authorities and we make no guarantees about delivery times. We can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery, or for any damage or loss caused in transit or for charges imposed by third parties. We advise you to make allowance for any unexpected delays when ordering.
Your personal details including name, email address, and postal address will not be given to a third party without your permission except where such disclosure is required to facilitate completion and delivery of your order.
While every effort has been made to present on this site representations of artworks that reflect the actual products, technical constraints may cause slight variations.
Refunds will be made only in accordance with guidelines published by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. You must obtain prior authorisation from us before returning any product. Refund applications will not be accepted later than 28 days from the date of the dispatch of products. The return of goods for refund will be at the purchaser’s expense.
